Ryzen 9 3900XT vs Core i9-10900F comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 9 3900XT performs better than the Core i9-10900F. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i9-10900F in all gaming tests too.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Ryzen 9 3900XT has slightly more cores with 12 cores compared to the Core i9-10900F that has 10 cores. It also has more threads than the Core i9-10900F. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 9 3900XT has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i9-10900F. Despite this, the Core i9-10900F has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Core i9-10900F outputs less heat than Ryzen 9 3900XT thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. In terms of cache, the Ryzen 9 3900XT has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i9-10900F. The Ryzen 9 3900XT also has significantly more L3 cache.
