UHD 630 vs GeForce 920MX specs and performance

For gaming, the GeForce 920MX graphics card is better than the UHD 630 in our tests.

The GeForce 920MX has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the UHD 630 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the UHD 630 has a slightly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce 920MX at 16 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.

In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the GeForce 920MX is better than the UHD 630.
