According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon HD 7570M GPU is faster than the UHD 610 in gaming.
In addition, the Radeon HD 7570M has a slightly lower TDP at 13 W when compared to the UHD 610 at 15 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
