According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce GT 620 GPU is faster than the UHD 610 in gaming.
In addition, the UHD 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce GT 620 at 49 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
