Ryzen 9 3900XT vs Ryzen Threadripper 3970X comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 9 3900XT performs better than the Ryzen Threadripper 3970X. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen Threadripper 3970X in all gaming tests too.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Ryzen Threadripper 3970X has significantly more cores with 32 cores compared to the Ryzen 9 3900XT that has 12 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 9 3900XT. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 9 3900XT has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen Threadripper 3970X.
