Ryzen 7 4800H vs Ryzen Threadripper 1920X benchmarks

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen Threadripper 1920X performs better than the Ryzen 7 4800H. Despite this, the Ryzen 7 4800H has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.
