Ryzen 3 4300G vs Core i7-9700T benchmarks

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-9700T is faster than the Ryzen 3 4300G. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 3 4300G in all gaming tests too.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Core i7-9700T has significantly more cores with 8 cores compared to the Ryzen 3 4300G that has 4 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 3 4300G has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i7-9700T. The Core i7-9700T outputs less heat than Ryzen 3 4300G thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 4300G has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
