Radeon RX 6750 XT vs Radeon RX 7900 XTX specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 6750 XT in gaming.
The Radeon RX 6750 XT has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the Radeon RX 6750 XT also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX has significantly more memory with 24 GiB of memory compared to 12 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Radeon RX 6750 XT has a slightly lower TDP at 250 W when compared to the Radeon RX 7900 XTX at 355 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX is better than the Radeon RX 6750 XT.
