According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 6750 XT GPU is faster than the GeForce GT 620 in gaming.
In addition, the GeForce GT 620 has a significantly lower TDP at 49 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6750 XT at 250 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
