Radeon RX 6700 XT vs Radeon RX 6700M benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU is faster than the Radeon RX 6700M in gaming.
In our comparison, the Radeon RX 6700 XT has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Radeon RX 6700 XT also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the Radeon RX 6700 XT has slightly more memory with 12 GiB of memory compared to 10 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Radeon RX 6700M has a significantly lower TDP at 135 W when compared to the Radeon RX 6700 XT at 230 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon RX 6700 XT over the Radeon RX 6700M.
