Radeon RX 6500 XT vs GeForce RTX 4070 Ti comparison

For gaming, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card is better than the Radeon RX 6500 XT in our tests.

Our database shows that both the Radeon RX 6500 XT and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti both have the same core clock speed. Despite this, the Radeon RX 6500 XT has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

As stated by the manufacturer, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti has significantly more memory with 12 GiB of memory compared to 4 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
