Radeon RX 550X vs Quadro P620 benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Quadro P620 beats the Radeon RX 550X in gaming performance.
In our comparison, the Quadro P620 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Quadro P620 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Radeon RX 550X has significantly more memory with 4 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro P620 has a slightly lower TDP at 40 W when compared to the Radeon RX 550X at 50 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Quadro P620 is better than the Radeon RX 550X.
