Radeon R7 450 vs Quadro K5100M specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon R7 450 GPU is faster than the Quadro K5100M in gaming.
The Radeon R7 450 has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the Quadro K5100M has significantly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 2 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Radeon R7 450 has a significantly lower TDP at 65 W when compared to the Quadro K5100M at 100 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Radeon R7 450 is faster than the Quadro K5100M.
