In our benchmarks, the Radeon HD 6570 beats the Radeon R5 in gaming performance.
In addition, the Radeon R5 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon HD 6570 at 40 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the Radeon HD 6570 is better than the Radeon R5.
