Quadro K6000 vs RTX A4000 comparison
For gaming, the RTX A4000 graphics card is better than the Quadro K6000 in our tests.
In our comparison, the Quadro K6000 has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the RTX A4000 has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the RTX A4000 has slightly more memory with 16 GiB of memory compared to 12 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the RTX A4000 has a significantly lower TDP at 140 W when compared to the Quadro K6000 at 225 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the RTX A4000 is better than the Quadro K6000.
