Iris Plus 640 vs GeForce MX130 specs and performance
In our benchmarks, the GeForce MX130 beats the Iris Plus 640 in gaming performance.
The GeForce MX130 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce MX130 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.
In addition, the Iris Plus 640 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce MX130 at 30 W. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the GeForce MX130 is better than the Iris Plus 640.
