HD 620 vs GeForce RTX 3090 Ti specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GPU is faster than the HD 620 in gaming.
In our comparison, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, the HD 620 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti at 450 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti over the HD 620.
