HD 515 vs Radeon R5 comparison

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Radeon R5 GPU is faster than the HD 515 in gaming.

The HD 515 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. Despite this, the Radeon R5 has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, both the HD 515 and the Radeon R5 have an identical TDP. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon R5 over the HD 515.
