HD 510 vs Iris Pro 5200 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the Iris Pro 5200 GPU is faster than the HD 510 in gaming.
Our database shows that the HD 510 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the Iris Pro 5200 has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, the HD 510 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Iris Pro 5200 at 45 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Iris Pro 5200 is faster than the HD 510.
