HD 4000 vs UHD 610 comparison

For gaming, the UHD 610 graphics card is better than the HD 4000 in our tests.

In our comparison, the HD 4000 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the UHD 610 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the UHD 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the HD 4000 at 45 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the UHD 610 over the HD 4000.
