HD 4000 vs GeForce RTX 3090 Ti comparison
For gaming, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics card is better than the HD 4000 in our tests.
Our database shows that the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. In addition, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti also has a significantly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.
In addition, the HD 4000 has a significantly lower TDP at 45 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti at 450 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti over the HD 4000.
