GeForce RTX 3090 vs Quadro RTX 3000 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 3090 GPU is faster than the Quadro RTX 3000 in gaming.
The GeForce RTX 3090 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the GeForce RTX 3090 has significantly more memory with 24 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, the Quadro RTX 3000 has a significantly lower TDP at 80 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 at 350 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce RTX 3090 is faster than the Quadro RTX 3000.
