GeForce RTX 3090 vs Quadro M4000 specs and performance

For gaming, the GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card is better than the Quadro M4000 in our tests.

Our database shows that the GeForce RTX 3090 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

As stated by the manufacturer, the GeForce RTX 3090 has significantly more memory with 24 GiB of memory compared to 8 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.

In addition, the Quadro M4000 has a significantly lower TDP at 120 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 at 350 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the GeForce RTX 3090 over the Quadro M4000.
