For gaming, the GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card is better than the GeForce GT 610 in our tests.

In addition, the GeForce GT 610 has a significantly lower TDP at 29 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 3090 at 350 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
