GeForce RTX 2070 vs Quadro K5100M benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 2070 GPU is faster than the Quadro K5100M in gaming.
In our comparison, the GeForce RTX 2070 has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that they both have the same amount of memory at 8 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the Quadro K5100M has a significantly lower TDP at 100 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 2070 at 175 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the GeForce RTX 2070 is better than the Quadro K5100M.
