For gaming, the GeForce GTX 650 Ti graphics card is better than the GeForce MX230 in our tests.

In addition, the GeForce MX230 has a significantly lower TDP at 10 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 650 Ti at 110 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
