GeForce MX130 vs Iris Xe comparison

For gaming, the Iris Xe graphics card is better than the GeForce MX130 in our tests.

Our database shows that the GeForce MX130 has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the GeForce MX130 also has a slightly higher boost clock speed: the maximum frequency the chip can reach if power delivery and thermals allow.

In addition, the Iris Xe has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce MX130 at 30 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the Iris Xe is faster than the GeForce MX130.
