GeForce GTX 1660 Ti vs GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GPU is faster than the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti in gaming.
The GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER has a slightly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER has slightly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Memory size doesn't directly affect performance, but too little memory will certainly degrade gaming performance.
In addition, the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti has a significantly lower TDP at 120 W when compared to the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER at 215 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER is faster than the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti.
