GeForce GTX 1660 Ti vs FirePro W7100 comparison

For gaming, the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card is better than the FirePro W7100 in our tests.

In our comparison, the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.

Furthermore, the spec sheet for both these GPUs show that the FirePro W7100 has slightly more memory with 8 GiB of memory compared to 6 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.

In addition, the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti has a slightly lower TDP at 120 W when compared to the FirePro W7100 at 150 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

According to the results of the hardwareDB benchmark utility, the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is faster than the FirePro W7100.
