GeForce GTX 1050 Ti vs Tesla T4 benchmarks

For gaming, the Tesla T4 graphics card is better than the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti in our tests.

In our comparison, the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti has a significantly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation. Despite this, the Tesla T4 has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, the Tesla T4 has a slightly lower TDP at 70 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti at 75 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Tesla T4 over the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti.
