Core i5-9500 vs Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G benchmarks
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G performs better than the Core i5-9500. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i5-9500 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i5-9500 has slightly more cores with 6 cores whereas the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G has 5 cores. Despite this, the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G has more threads than the Core i5-9500. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-9500. In addition, both chips have the same turbo speed. Both these chips have an identical TDP (Thermal Design Power). This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G has significantly more L2 cache than the Core i5-9500. Despite this, the Core i5-9500 has slightly more L3 cache compared to the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G.
