Celeron G6900 vs N150 comparison
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Celeron G6900 performs better than the N150. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the N150 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the N150 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the Celeron G6900 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron G6900. With our hardware info, we find that the Celeron G6900 has a significantly higher clock speed than the N150. The info from our database shows that the Celeron G6900 has more L2 cache than the N150. Despite this, the N150 has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Celeron G6900.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the Celeron G6900 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
