A8-7410 vs Pentium G2020 comparison
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Pentium G2020 performs better than the A8-7410. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A8-7410 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the A8-7410 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the Pentium G2020 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Pentium G2020. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Pentium G2020 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the A8-7410. A A8-7410 CPU outputs less heat than a Pentium G2020 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking.
