Xeon E5-2673 v3 vs Xeon W-2133 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Xeon E5-2673 v3 is faster than the Xeon W-2133. Despite this, the Xeon W-2133 has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.
With info from our database, we find that the Xeon E5-2673 v3 has significantly more cores with 12 cores whereas the Xeon W-2133 has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Xeon W-2133. A Xeon E5-2673 v3 CPU outputs less heat than a Xeon W-2133 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. Indeed, the Xeon E5-2673 v3 has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
