Xeon E5-2670 v2 vs Ryzen 5 7530U benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Ryzen 5 7530U is faster than the Xeon E5-2670 v2. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Xeon E5-2670 v2 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Xeon E5-2670 v2 has significantly more cores with 10 cores whereas the Ryzen 5 7530U has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 5 7530U. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Xeon E5-2670 v2 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Ryzen 5 7530U. Despite this, the Ryzen 5 7530U has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Ryzen 5 7530U outputs less heat than Xeon E5-2670 v2 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
