Xeon E5-2667 v2 vs Xeon W-2133 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Xeon W-2133 is faster than the Xeon E5-2667 v2. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Xeon E5-2667 v2 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Xeon E5-2667 v2 has slightly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Xeon W-2133 has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Xeon W-2133. With our hardware info, we find that the Xeon W-2133 has a slightly higher clock speed than the Xeon E5-2667 v2. Despite this, the Xeon E5-2667 v2 has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Xeon E5-2667 v2 CPU outputs less heat than a Xeon W-2133 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Xeon E5-2667 v2 has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
