Xeon E-2176M vs Core i7-13700KF benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-13700KF is faster than the Xeon E-2176M. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Xeon E-2176M in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i7-13700KF has significantly more cores with 16 cores whereas the Xeon E-2176M has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Xeon E-2176M. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i7-13700KF has a slightly higher clock speed than the Xeon E-2176M. Also, the Core i7-13700KF has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Xeon E-2176M CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-13700KF CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. Indeed, the Xeon E-2176M has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
