According to the hardwareDB Benchmark, the GeForce GTX 645 GPU is faster than the UHD 770 in gaming.
In addition, the UHD 770 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the GeForce GTX 645 at 64 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
