UHD 620 vs Radeon Vega 6 benchmarks
For gaming, the Radeon Vega 6 graphics card is better than the UHD 620 in our tests.
By comparing the spec sheets, both the UHD 620 and the Radeon Vega 6 have the same base clock speed. Despite this, the Radeon Vega 6 has a significantly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.
In addition, the UHD 620 has a significantly lower TDP at 15 W when compared to the Radeon Vega 6 at 45 W. This is not a measure of performance, but rather the amount of heat generated by the chip when running at its highest speed.
In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the Radeon Vega 6 over the UHD 620.
