UHD 615 vs Iris Xe specs and performance

For gaming, the Iris Xe graphics card is better than the UHD 615 in our tests.

By comparing the spec sheets, both the UHD 615 and the Iris Xe have the same base clock speed. Despite this, the Iris Xe has a slightly higher boost clock speed. The boost clock speed is the frequency that the GPU core can reach if the temperature is low enough. The allows for higher performance in certain scenarios.

In addition, both the UHD 615 and the Iris Xe have an identical TDP. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
