For gaming, the Radeon HD 6570 graphics card is better than the UHD 605 in our tests.
In addition, the UHD 605 has a significantly lower TDP at 5 W when compared to the Radeon HD 6570 at 40 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.
