UHD 600 vs Iris Xe MAX comparison

For gaming, the UHD 600 graphics card is better than the Iris Xe MAX in our tests.

The Iris Xe MAX has a significantly higher core clock speed. This is the frequency at which the graphics core is running at. While not necessarily an indicator of overall performance, this metric can be useful when comparing two GPUs based on the same architecture. In addition, the Iris Xe MAX also has a significantly higher boost clock speed. This is a frequency that can be reached if the GPU is cooled sufficiently and has enough power.

In addition, the UHD 600 has a significantly lower TDP at 5 W when compared to the Iris Xe MAX at 25 W. Heat output doesn't match power consumption directly but, it's a good estimate.

In conclusion, all specs and GPU benchmarks considered, will recommend the UHD 600 over the Iris Xe MAX.
