TITAN X vs TITAN Xp benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the TITAN X beats the TITAN Xp in gaming performance.
The TITAN X has a slightly higher core clock speed. The core clock speed (or base speed) is the frequency at which the GPU core runs. This metric makes sense when comparing GPUs of a similar architecture or generation.
Next up, in terms of GPU memory, they both have the same amount of memory at 12 GiB. Lots of memory is good when playing at high resolutions or with many monitors.
In addition, both the TITAN X and the TITAN Xp have an identical TDP. TDP (Thermal Design Power) measures total heat output from the chip.
In terms of raw gaming performance in our GPU benchmark, the TITAN X is better than the TITAN Xp.
