In our benchmarks, the Ryzen Z1 Extreme beats the Ryzen 5 PRO 5655G in overall performance. Despite this, the Ryzen 5 PRO 5655G has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Ryzen Z1 Extreme has slightly more cores than the Ryzen 5 PRO 5655G.
