Ryzen 7 5800X vs Core i5-12600K comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core i5-12600K performs better than the Ryzen 7 5800X. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 7 5800X in all gaming tests too.

In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core i5-12600K has slightly more cores than the Ryzen 7 5800X. Indeed, the Core i5-12600K has 10 cores compared to 8 cores found in the Ryzen 7 5800X. But they both have the same number of threads.
