Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 9 6900HX performs better than the Ryzen 7 3700X. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 7 3700X in all gaming tests too.

Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores and the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 7 3700X has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 9 6900HX. Despite this, the Ryzen 9 6900HX has a slightly higher turbo speed.
