In our benchmarks, the Ryzen 7 1700 beats the Core i5-10500T in overall performance. Despite this, the Core i5-10500T has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Ryzen 7 1700 has slightly more cores with 8 cores compared to the Core i5-10500T that has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Core i5-10500T. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Ryzen 7 1700 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-10500T.
