Ryzen 5 4600H vs A10-7850K benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Ryzen 5 4600H is faster than the A10-7850K. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A10-7850K in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Ryzen 5 4600H has significantly more cores with 6 cores whereas the A10-7850K has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the A10-7850K. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the A10-7850K has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Ryzen 5 4600H. Furthermore, both these CPUs have identical turbo speeds. A Ryzen 5 4600H CPU outputs less heat than a A10-7850K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the A10-7850K has slightly more L2 cache than the Ryzen 5 4600H
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. Indeed, the Ryzen 5 4600H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
