Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Ryzen 5 4600H performs better than the Ryzen 5 4500U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 5 4500U in all gaming tests too.

Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores but the Ryzen 5 4600H has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 5 4600H has a slightly higher clock speed than the Ryzen 5 4500U. Furthermore, both these CPUs have identical turbo speeds.
