Ryzen 5 3500X vs Core i5-13600K specs and performance

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Core i5-13600K has slightly more cores with 8 cores compared to the Ryzen 5 3500X that has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Ryzen 5 3500X. Our comparison shows that the Ryzen 5 3500X has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-13600K. Despite this, the Core i5-13600K has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Ryzen 5 3500X CPU outputs less heat than a Core i5-13600K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. In terms of cache, the Core i5-13600K has slightly more L2 cache when compared to the Ryzen 5 3500X. Despite this, the Ryzen 5 3500X has slightly more L3 cache compared to the Core i5-13600K.
